    I do not like how LOTRO linked armor dyes to crafting.  I understand why they did that, but I think display stuff like should be as easy as possible.  It really hooks some people into the game.

     

    Not me that much, but some people its REALLY important to have their toon just right in looks.   Making them wait until level 40 to get that is a bad idea.

    
     

    Well, its true, thought i dont mind to look like homeless for first levels, becouse it does make sence, you are newby , not skilled warrior, so you get basic looking gear,when you grow, your gear becomes more and more intereting to look at.

    Like i am wow player, and it is a good game, but not perfect ofc, it does have alot of bad points. but the think they did with gear is awsome. I do like mine female tauren warrrior in full mercy gear. It does look so nasty. And war is going same good way. age of mickey - failed big time.

  • Oh i do like it becouse of it aswell m8, becouse warhammer is warhammer :D . But like i said, good looking gear is a nice touch.

    More simple m8, what you prefer to see on screan, big huge fella with huge AXE and armor made of skulls. Or a savage homelss guy with spear?

    I just think that people do love eye candy. And it has to be in game. And warhammer did it great!

  •  Eveyone moan about item based games, but hey! Think about it, you do like to see your character look hot!

    Remember Age of Co*k? They were screaming: NOT a gear based game! Skills > gear!

    But what did we sow in the end? you look like homeless at lvl1, and you look even worse at lvl 50tish and so on...

    I sow some vidoes and gear in WAR looks pure awesome!You can change even color of it aswell. And i think thats the way to do it!

     

    Now i am not saying that it has to be GEAR > SKILL.  But having gear look good, is a nice touch.
