    • Looks funny to me
    • Yea, the art approach has me divided, I like the look but its not something i would play with all day.

Yet strangely , from what little I read on the game and the Ip it feels right.

      Champions Online
    • Formally known as Marvel Online
    • Okay, well to the OP, Marvel and Champions are entirely two different fictional worlds.

After selling CoX and its development team to NcSoft, and deciding to go a path thats didn't end with a Marvel MMo, I believe Statesman offered the idea of a Champions mmo, this is when I believe they sought to buy the license and did. Champions will be the first game Cryptic will produce and publish independently . It will be cross-platform atm and will use the Cryptic 2.0 engine. The graphics look very comic book esq, perhaps a little too much, but there are too little screen shots for a good judgment to be made.

This can hardly  be called CoX 2 or and it will suck that it will be compared to its predecessor. Sue cryptic for having a superhero fetish. They promise(hopefully they wont break it) a deeper character customization system and combat will be a bit more intuititive than click and wait for cool down.

    • Heh, yea ive always been a jack of all trades kind of guy, but the town handyman never makes enough to splurge on himself you know what i mean?

I did try making a character today, but he meet his demise at a 1.0 sector in front of a station.

I was gearing toward the freelancing bounty hunting/pirating guy who could at least do some decent mining.

On the other hand getting my hands wet with the isk of the eve economy could be fun also.
