"These crybabies who show up blubbering about chat are really getting on my nerves. What they are basically asking is, "why can't I be bored and spend all day endlessly chatting with other 12 year olds like in WOW?"
This sums up all whining. "It's not like WOW!" That's it folks. In a nutshell. These whiny nancy boys will add subterfuge and fog but we all know why they are crying rivers of tears; they want WOW.
No. No. You're not getting WOW. This is WAR...not "bored and chatting with 12 year olds."
Nothing wrong with wanting a bit of social interaction in a game like this.
And the whole 12 year old thing, come on, kind of assinine...get it? That's why there is a donkey up there!

Have you tried to get ahold of customer service?
Try that and see if you can have them update or validate your code.
I have had problems in the past with game cards not working and would have to call customer support. When we would be talking I would give them the code over the phone and they would do customer support magic and poof!
Worth giving a try.
