| Biography | I can not get enough of MMORPGs, and have been avidly playing everything since first logging into MMOs in 1998. "Don''t let the green grass fool ya." |

Sorry about that, I tried to log in and the site couldn't handle my leetness.
I gotta remember to turn off my uber whenever I visit.
Seriously though, no clue.
The creators of South Park leave no stereotype untouched. Races, religions, politics, celebrities, and even our wonderful realm of video gaming.
Was a brilliant episode and will always remain as one of my favorite interpretations of how much of our ignorant world views geeks, nerds, and gaming.
Kind of like how the Dead Alewives Watchtower Dungeons and Dragons skit takes you into the "bowels of El Diablo" to show us how D&D really goes down. =P
But yeah, that episode was so epic. "How does one kill that which has no life?"
lol
Hah, I almost completely forgot about when the WoW Alpha got leaked. Everyone pretty much shit a brick and flooded IRC rooms, clogged up torrents, and raided hacker forums to try and get their hands on it.
That whole period of craziness was pretty hilarious now that I think about. A lot of us lost our minds and left our morals at the door because WoW seemed cooler than Jesus at the time.
Now it's just another MMORPG... Fallen from it's mysterious god-like awe inspiring persona and left resting comfortably with the MMO big boys reigning supreme down here on earth. Oh how the years that roll by so easily sway our perceptions.
Just some random thoughts brought on by those old threads. Cheers OP for the nostalgia.
I think it's pretty obvious that he was asking what everyone's opinion is on which game sports the better raid system. Not which game is better or which game has a better raid.
Of course asking such a question in the EQ2 forums is most likely going to attract biased results.
And with that, my vote is for EQ2's raid system, but that also takes into account the community, the environment, the classes involved, and the general fun factor associated with it's superior engrossing gameplay.
WoW's system just seems so... trivial.
Yup, tis sad but at least you tried.
Good luck in your future gaming man.
How many hours per day do you play MMORPGs?
