The Dollar isn't strong. It's been really weak for a couple of years now. A historical low even. It was at a record low even before the Credit Crunch.
Exactly. The dollar is not strong because junk like this and the scammers at The Fed keep destroying it. This bailout is a short term solution (if that) for a long term problem.

If there's one thing people should read about the bailout, it is the single paragraph which comprises Section 8. I am not only amazed that I don't hear about Section 8 on every news program, but I am also amazed that someone would have the balls to actually put something like that in there.

And then the market came back a lot today, except maybe for companies that should go bankrupt anyway because they suck. This bailout is bad news. Some people just root for it as some great savior like they root for the scammers at The Federal Reserve to cut interest rates some more and destroy your saved dollars. The plague from these rats needs to be flushed form the system, not be fed with more cheese.
