Show me where in the video it tells me somtething diferent, or 'teachs me' how it is infact.
Hmm...?
Oh... you cant... can you...?
Also, while we are at it, show me in the video where it shows ANYTHING except auto melee attack (or whatever you call it) and the OP blasts from the "casters". No... seriously... show it...
One of Darkfall's main features is real-time combat. If they were to switch to a conventional MMORPG combat system without telling anyone they may as well have shot themselves in the foot. So, to address your statement, watch the video.

Why should you play Eve? Because you have to go use the bathroom, and that 10 jump trip you're getting ready to take is going to take an hour and you REALLY REALLY have to go make an offering to the porcelain god.
Then you can go make a sandwich, finish some homework if you have it. Kiss on your significant other a bit, and the come back and dock.
I played the game for a month, and what I found is if it weren't for the community I'd have quit the game after a week. But I didn't buy the game for a visual and pretty chat room, I bought the game for the game.
Also, being a family man my daughter couldn't make her own toon. Well she could but it was crippled if my toon was training. Which is a stupid way to do things but hey I'm sure CCP would rather bilk you out of more cash for a second account than be family friendly.
Wow, it took you an hour to make 10 jumps? You must've been in a very slow ship and doing auto-pilot the whole time. I'm not even sure some 40+ trips I've taken into 0.0 have taken that long, but I manually warp. While being able to train more than one character on an account at a time would be nice, I doubt it's there simple so CCP can "blik you out of more cash." Imagine being able to train a PVP character, a mining character, and an industrial character all at once. You'd never have to rely on anybody else for fittings, ammo, fighting, any of that.
