off topic but this thread got me thinking about wes craven so I watched a Nightmare on Elm Street.
going to bed now, night.
that'll do fine. ouch, alienware man? in the future you should post on forums, I am sure someone can come up with something better/cheaper, or the same/cheaper =P
Supreme commander uses quad cores btw.
everyone seems to think that is on may first but when devs are asked directly they say "no comment", I don't know where the rumor on the beta forums started or if it is true though. I hope open beta starts on june first with AoC launching in august so it doesn't flop =x
haha I hope to god WAR will be a good game, otherwise we are screwed for 2008 MMOs. AoC needs to be pushed back and I doubt they are going to do it.
I only played from July until November last year until I finally quit. Tragically I had just bought 2 expansions for my account AND a new computer for my brother to play with me (spent 800 bucks on it for him =/). Unfortunately, by the time the computer parts came in from Newegg over the weekend my account time ran out and I decided to not subscribe again.
The population was too low, even on gareth. I heard too many people saying their goodbyes and knew that the game was going to die, especially when WAR is released. It was a constant stress in the back of my mind, everything I did would be gone in a couple months (thought WAR was going to be released Q1). I wish I played it back in the day, it is a gaming regret that I will always have. I also wish I wasn't so stubborn and illogical sometimes, I invested quite a bit into DAoC and then dropped it randomly but I can't go back now.
Are you still playing (or subscribed to) your first MMO?
