  • If they hurry up and deliver the game they promised folks, with all the features and minus the bugs, then yes, they have a chance to recapture some market share, but they have to hurry.

    No one is to blame for a person killing themselves except, that person.  For whatever reason they are pursued by personal demons that overtake them to the point that exiting this world seems like a sound idea.

    Family, friends, co-workers and even those who posted hated filled messages on forums like this are not to blame for this, and they shouldn't think that they are.

    Life's a b!tch and then we die.  Just a matter of when I'm afraid.

    The unique really thing that I hate in shadowbane is the TRACK. the ability to detect the proximity of others players and seek then.

    Is IMPOSSIBLE to play this game with a toon without track. If you have a toon without track, you need the help of someone with track.

    This is boring because you are forced to be playing with a restricted number of classes ( since that just a small number of classes can have track )

    For instance, I love necromancers. I wanna to play like a necromancer, but, is useless.  Like a necromancer I cannot track anyone, however, everybody can track me , since 99,9% of all toons in shadowbane are Templars, Warriors, barbarians or Druids .  Then, you are all the time forced to play just like one of these toons. Is boring. I wanna something "new" with better rules. A game more fair. shadowbane is not fair. For instance, a Templar is invincible. Or I play like aTemplar or I will be killed by Templars all the time. I hate it. I hate it very much. I not wanna to play like a Templar. I hate Templars !

    would be more fair to REMOVE track of the game, or allow all kinds of classes to use track.

    Because of this I tried to find other game, a game without track, and with a more equality between the power of each class. however, since this is impossible, I will force myself to become  happy with shadowbane and I will gave up of be seeking for others games.

    Then, maybe,  I will try to create a Templar. 

     

    
     

    Yes, all of those changes would be nice, but notice, you don't want to pay for them.

    Changes cost money and you can't expect a free to play game to have many.  You get what you pay for.

    As for anyone else creating a game like SB, not likely, seeing what a financial disaster its turned out to be.

    Hey, I was thinking the same thing, whats up with that? 

    Cut classes will come back one day, let's just hope they don't try to include them in a paid expansion, that would pretty much suck.

    No because anyone thats gone to Conventions have gotten to play the game :P  We just can't talk about whats in beta, the specifics etc etc basically anything that isn't public knowledge.
