Programmer.
Do you think by "game designer" the OP means rules (for example spells) and balancing? Because that's important and it's missing.
Guys, PS needs RPers as much as it needs powerlevellers. The truth is it is the powerlevellers finding all of the bugs and imbalances that the game has. I don't really like Prophets of Chaos myself because it's not an RP guild and by its literal definition it's not even a "guild" in the first place (it's more like an organization with a too diverse set of specialties to be calling it a guild), but many of the bugtracker reports I've seen nowadays originate from these guys because they're the only ones who can find them.
On a side note, I have both of my guilds listed on MMORPG.com so feel free to add your own.

Oblivion is crap. Insult to RPG genre.
If they made an Elder Scrolls MMO that is more like Morrowind, then id play it.
Now that I read it, come to think of it this thing looks like a dumbed down version of the ACM or IEEE Code of Ethics. With a few things that are domain-specific, that is and quite a few things that are lacking.
I bought Tribes Vengeance and Homeworld 2 right when they first came out. Both ended up not being anywhere near as successful as their predecessors and became major flops because they alienated way too many newcomers to the franchises.
