Yep,
You can definitely feel their passion for the game. It is nice to know that not every MMO company is blind.
The game rocks, and will do very, very well.
Take for instance them explaining the pathing issues in PW, they didn't bullshit at all. They knew they made a mistake, apologized, and laid it all out there. Great communication = satisfaction.
