  • I agree, I didn't leave Tatooine for the longest time.  didn't need to, there was too much to do.....plus the other planets could be dangerous....this is going back to the days when one person couldn't tank anything the game could send at them.

     

    COH/COV are good games.....for about 4 months.  Then I got bored.

     

    For me its the progression that's exciting.  Once I hit the end level I pretty much never log in on that alt ever again.  I could care less about collecting badges/costumes etc.

     

    I dislike EVE but keep going back to it because I AM NEVER done.  I set a goal (currently get a freighter) and once I accomplish that I can decide to become a carrier pilot.

     

    I am not sure its sandbox or not that's the problem but DEPTH.

    When you make something and put it on the market to sell youa re putting it up against another player which is in direct competition with you. This is called market PvP.

    Repeat this to yourself until you understand it.. PvP does not always equal shooting in Eve.

    you have done me a great service though....you have shown everyone else how pathetic the EVE community is.  If you don't agree, you are stupid because you can't get it.

     

    I think most people would agree that when talking about PVE and PVP they aren't talking about the market and crafting.  You are just using that weak point to prove your argument.

     

    The only problem I have is that CCP makes EVE seem as it has PVE....and for someone who likes it, they quickly realize the game is highly PVP oriented, to the point PVE doesn't exist as you thought when you started and PVP'rs just won't admit that.
