And they where incapable or unwilling of showing the game to Asp during his visit last year either, they demonstrated a stand alone tech demo that apparently they had been using over the previous year to show to potential publishers.
Just to clarify I don’t think they where faking anything, I just think as shown they where incapable or unwilling of demonstrating an actual working version of the game in 2006 at E3 or during the 2007 Asp visit, and they still are incapable or unwilling of doing so at the present time.
What the hell are you talking about? Asp played the game, he -said- he played the game, he reported on the game he played. By "game", do you mean "completely finished final product ready to ship"? That's the only way you would be right.

Ever heard of the game Dawn? It touted being the be-all-end-all of MMORPG's back in 2001~! Total vaporware. Dark and Light was suppose to be the greatest MMORPG made - ever! Same goes for RoT/aka Mourning...you know what...DarkFall is no different then any of the game I mentioned. I really feel sorry for anyone that continues to believe that this game is actually real.
I wonder if I might be able to visit the offices of this company this June when I am in Greece. Do you think they might give me a sneak peek at the game? Then I can report back here and tell you what I find out.
Hell yeah. I encourage you to go. Send them an email to give a heads up, maybe they will at least meet with you. Just be professional and not a douche.
Looks like Richard Branson made a hostile bid for FunCom to expand the Virgin empire to Gaming Media.

LOL! Substaninate! That's like Substance and Nominate in the same word! NICE! You're a 13 year old woman with a penis/vag combo until you produce something more substaninate! I CAN USE IT IN A SENTENCE TOO! Ka-BAM! I DUN GOOD MAW!

I want to stand guard on a battlekeep wall, looking out for opposing guild members trying to pitch a War Tent, at 3am on my day off chatting to 3 or 4 night-owl guidmates as they run around our city or our battlekeep doing their crafting or resource gathering. I'll probably be drinking a cold soda, and half-watching a Futurama DVD. My eyes will be watery, I'll be yawning, and my character will probably be doing a lot of jumping and spinning in place, with the occasional playful arrow shot near or at my guild-mates below as they run in and out of the keep.
I miss this kind of stuff. The closest I come to social gaming now are the foul mouth 15 and 16 year olds playing CoD4.
Heh. I definitely hear you on that one. This won't be my game though, unfortunately. Looks like combat is FPS-style, a la tabula rasa, not true real-time fps. Kinda was a deal breaker for me.
