  • definatly not a good feeling to be robbed, scammed, or even threatened/told you will be.

    back when i was hardcore gamer, and these games were probably the most important part of my life(sad but true), i considered myself robbed/scammed and i was pretty steamed about it.
    probably kept the grudge too long, probably took it out on the wrong people now that i think about it. now i got my kids crawling around, and dont play games i dont even like just to pass the time, i realize its not important in the big picture.

    so anyway CG i hope you have some good luck, and going to apologize for anything i brought against you in the past and looking from a more distant perspective.. im sure it was alot harder on you than it was on all of us.

• • Need help w/ a new laptop

  • Going into a situatin where I can't be at the computer desk much and need to get a good laptop to do some gaming on.

    I'm going to look into it, but figured I'd hop on here quick and see if anyone just got one they like or knows of some good deals.

    I don't need a super machine but something pretty good, good enough to play any of the new games or any coming out in the near future.

    under $1500, hopefully closer to 1k.
    Would it just be best to go no newegg and read specs/reviews and buy one?

    I have more faith in people here than random reviews on those products though so any info/advice would be appreciated, so thanks in advance if anyone answers.

  • i gave it a 5. its just another 'one time through' mmo like lotro imo. i agree with pretty much all of enigmas points.
    im looking for a game i can hang out awhile, this isnt it. :(

  • ty for that list. i love song of ice and fire, but since he does indeed write so slow i need other books.

    i bought a few he suggested from his website but they are average at best. ill have to check out a couple of your suggestions and see if you did better than old george
