PLEASE BRING BACK SOME EVERGRINDING BACK TO MMORPGS! not everyone likes to pvp with 8yr olds ..some people like to lay back relax with a good community / guildies and grind for awhile! and so far, as recent releases go ..i think DDO stands out..its pretty good..but it gets no spotlight because of all the "instant type" of mmo's out there..WOW drove a steak thru MMORPGS and with this release..it seems they drove it even deeper!

  • I played a BW and they felt soft.

    But one thing to consider with any class...play what you think looks FUN. Dont get into this "this class is weak, this class is pimp". All classes will be balanced and you will be kicking yourself and not enjoying the game if you pick some class because its the UBER fotm. Just my 2c

    
    I played a Sw and the dmg wasnt as high as the BW but I could get away a whole lot better, had stances, did good dmg, could permakite and had alot of shots on the run.

    
    O and the rank 1 morale ability is PIMP

    Its called Point Blank and it should be called Drop Kick. Cause thats what I do, I punt people away from me, and if Im lucky they are near a cliff and I PUNT them right off the cliff. Best thing EVAH.

    I didnt play closed beta but I did play the preview weekend.

    And the class that I roll has nothing to do with preview weekend.

    
    High Elf Shadow Warrior for at least the first 3 months.

    
    After that my guild plans on rolling Dest toons, and then I will be playing a Sorc.

  • I am undecided as I have some concerns for the game.

    
    For starters why do High Elves and Dark Elve Male charachters look so fem, so gay?

    There arent enough differences between order and chaos classes.

    I dont care for the battlegrounds as they are typically very small.

    
    WARHAMMER for me just isnt close enough to DAOC.

    
    Maybe the difference in melee dps and a casters dps becomes more apparent as higher lvls are achieved but for now bleh...

    I may buy it. I would like more time playing and getting more into the BW.

    Maybe Im just burnt out on games. Nothing has seemed very fun lately.
