• • Why did you choose your Faction?

  • I chose Horde mainly because the Allinace are a bunch of sissies and pussies. Everyone when I joined seemed to be going Alliance and I always love an underdog, and it's always more fun to play the 'bad guys'.  Last but not least the all the dam 12 year olds! Oh most importantly because the Blood Elves kick ass more than anything else in the game and made the horde complete; the horde needed a pretty face.

• • WoW or EQ2?

  • WoW for one simple reason alone. It's run by blizzard and for all for WoW failings it's still a great MMORPG, I've grown board of it and only play from time to time on it, but it still has some interest to me even after 3 years.  EQ2 however I've never played for one simple reason alone it's run by Sony Online Entertainment or as we MMORPGers like to say...EVIL INCARNATE! SOE is about the worst thing ever to happen to the MMORPG world! Save your self grief and pain and avoid anything with the SOE logo.  If you hunt around enough at the SOE MMORPG’s and look them up here I will hedge my bets that there will be a very large tread(s) flaming SOE for there incompetence and idiocy.

• • Would You Support A PVE Server for EVE ON-LINE

  • Eve with out PvP could work but it'd be rubbish.  It'd be a lot like most of the other 1/2 rate Sci-fi MMORPG's if it did.  The forced PvP is what makes Eve almost like a world unto it's self, anything goes and anything can happen.  It's this immersive experience that make the game what it is.  If you don’t like PvP then don't play Eve as it makes up a large section of the game, as with all the good MMORPGs. I can’t see why so many of you people don’t like PvP. PvE in eve sucks big time if you ask me but it still better than some PvE in some area’s.

    The carebear attitudes of people in Eve are great; with out you guys we wouldn’t have the diverse world that makes Eve, Eve. If we all went around ganking, pirating and genially role playing an evil psychotic murderer the game would suck. It’s the balance of both ganking pirates and carebear rainbow lovers that make Eve an even more life like experience, as it clearly shows the portrayal of our democratic society and views with in this futuristic fantasy world. Except it being a land of make believe it means we can be meaner, more mercenary, we can make believe at being our very own Eve Vader, or make believe at being our own Han Solo, or even Princess Lair! Good, bad, ugle...umm I mean neutral. 

    With out PvP Eve would lose this dynamic and the game would slow down get very boring very fast and die out a long and slow death. Add to that the community is too small to try and divide up and you’d just be killing a game with a lame attempt at trying to make it more…something I’m not sure because making something worse seems to me to be madness and that’s what a pure PvE server would do to this game, kill it off slowly. We as human being thrive off of conflict weather we are the ones coursing it or the ones reacting to it; tying to show people how wrong or insane it is. This aspect of human nature is reflected in Eve and that in its self just show how great a game it truly is, with Both carebears, gankers and all the in-betweens.

  • Hmmm… really that news to me, but cool, but then I’ve not done much 0.0 stuff. However that aside can you read?  I am sure this pole is about destructible space stations, not capturable space stations, or did I miss something?
