  • I remember seeing this game YEARS ago and I never gave it another thought until a few months ago and I started following it a bit more. And then to my surprise they actually release a video with 100% gameplay footage. I have to say I really enjoyed it and I am excited about getting my hands on Darkfall.

    I liked the style of the graphics, I didn't think they were bad at all.  Infact I even burnt the video to DVD so I could watch it on a better screen (( I have a really crappy monitor lol )). One of my favourite scenes in that vid was what looked like a raft sailing down a river and on either side there were Npcs fishing just on sunset . Pretty cool !

    I guess you could say I am hyped up.

  • I seem to be reading a lot of posts by people who didn't really enjoy the 1-20 experience, many seem under the impression the whole game is like the starting area and if they call it a tutorial it surely is one hell of a long one.

    I feel giving my opinion to you is difficult since you are so uptight and god forbid anyone that disagrees with you You just need to understand there are going to be many people who love what they see in Aoc and many who are going to dislike it, and if you are so confident in Funcom and Aoc, why even get so upset when people post their opinions or likes and dislikes?.

    I played from 1-13 and I did enjoy it, I felt the tutorial was a bit long though. But anyway just try and relax a little, people will always have their opinions and with your post even more so :P

Every other mmo out there, the necro/summoner never really comes into direct contact with the mobs unless they out dps the mob vs minion damage, or agro first.     Well I certainly hope it is an AI problem and not designed like this intentionally  =(   But I guess time will tell
