• • so my pre-order free days are nearly over ..

  • i don't think i am going to actually buy the game ..
     
    the RVR is amazing, and the quests are good with nice story line factors but that's it .. the game feels as if it has no depth ..
    the trade skills are still pathetic, and  all the armour looks the same no matter the level.
    i have played free mmorpg's that have more atmosphere//content than war hammer
    i think i may have to wait a good 6 months or til the first expansion until i play this game and am willing to pay money for it ..

    Not fair at all gagging to play war now after beta .. didn't have enough money to pre-order from local shop and when i did get the money they were sold out ... sucks bigtime..

    To thoise who are playing the nice free 4 days before release congrats you lucky people..

    Though i not really worried about being a couple days behind my RL friends in war as i'll be able to make it all up in one day anyhow. and i still have wow account up and ruuuning ..

    i would login but the game is pointless atm, done most of the content have to wait for wotlk to come out

    sorry for my bad spelling had a problem with it forever and spell check doesn;t quite work on the word editor here ..

  • from what i've read warhammer is now bassiccly a pvp/rvr game, the pve element to the game is just a line of quests and the only fun element in the game is pvp ?

     

    has anyuone got any info on what the pve side is actually like or is it medocre(don't know if i spelled that right)

     

    i was hoping of something that had a strong PVE and PVP thing in it or at least balanced in what you want to do end game or whatnot?

     

    any information would be extremly helpful

  • I have played wow for over 2+1/2 years now,

    yes it can have a good community in the game
    the content was ok when leveling.
    the grouping and raiding used to be fun.

    but when you get to the max level the amount of content is quite disappointing and boring.

    solo play is basically doing the daily quests day in day out
    PvP well is PvP - can be fun or not depends :P
    and raiding is slightly strict in most places since their expansion.

    but with the lack of content not many people will rate it as good now as it used to be as it's the same thing all over again..

    i guessing then the expansion comes out the rating will go up with the new features they are going to implement in the game

  • i don't care if it looks a little choppy at the moment.

    what i am hoping for is that it won't be as much of a disappointment as age of age of Conan. there was good potential for a game but it seems they only really bothered with the first 20 levels to get good reviews.

    i am hoping that the war hammer team have put alot more content into the game thought knowing their past works my hopes are quite high just need to sit back and wait now
