Open Beta should mean that the NDA is lifted, but you will have to wait for Funcom to make that announcement.
what a crock of shit, you have to be a paying member to Fileplanet to get a key...
I have a free account and no access to a key...![]()

From reading that it sounded like they planned to release an unfinished game if they did not have a US publisher, which is worrying.
Well at least the good news is we wont get constant is there a US publisher posts now lol
It sounds like, in the contract, the US Publisher has asked/demanded that the game be released simultaneously world-wide. So, because it is going to take 6-months for the US Publisher to get ready, the game has been delayed... and during the delay the developers are going to polish more content.
Why do people expect the worse? I am just so excited that the game will be released in the US.
Looks like TCoS is making a run at the big boys, WoW, WAR, as TCoS is now releasing in their time-frame.
With six more months to polish, six months to advertise, it should be a tough six months to wait for the game.
I think it has to do with the Spellborn developers wanting to have more control over the game than US publishers want to give.
I am not worried, but I am also planning to buy the Euro version. ![]()
