• • Citadel of Sorcery: An Introduction to CoS: Part One

  • Sounds really nice ..... if the game succeeds it has really good chances to become the best .....and the first of a  totally new type of games .

    But as BlindShooter asked previously what happens when u die (does ur character go to heaven or hell) I mean does it get deleted (because if so this will be a major disadvantage) .

    And  what is the estimated  size of the game ..........for the world sizes and characteristics u promissed i doubt it'll be anywhere under 20 GB

    Btw Won't all this mean that the min requirements for the game to run smoothly will be huge ...... but still it will still be at least 5 more years from now on until the game is finished so maby these requirements won't seem that big than.

    Good luck in developing the game ... I'll be looking forward to it

    This game has potential you've oppened my apetite.

  • ya indeed ur right ... still i wish there could be done smth at least to get rid of bots ..... cuz im sure the game would be a lot more fun after that.

    still the game is a piece of art which hasn't been taken care of and now needs to be polished.

    another thing, killing giants, elites and specially fighting uniques (face it, you won't ever kill one) gives an unbelievable rush

    so from to moment you are ready to face the tiger giants, SRO will get you in it's hold and it won't release you untill you're sick of killing the same MOB's days in a row

    well actually u don't kill the same mobs over and over ..... there are lots of mobs and although i'm only lvl 29 i've killed lots of giants although no uniques yet .

    and indeed it is a really kool game but u gotta play a bit if u wanna get the taste of it (it will get kool after lvl 24 and continue on getting kooler and kooler ) so u should give it a chance

    Well if by grind you mean  the  amount of time needed to lvl up than it's a bit better now but those quest rewards aren't just all there is to it.

    and if u say u were about to choose a job than it means u got to lvl 20 ........ anyway after choosing a job .. depending on the job you can have lots of fun , especially as a hunter but it's not good for money since you only get money if u party with a trader and the trader pays you .. but as a hunter u can go hunting for thieves which at high lvls can be lots of fun. 

    Also if u become trader u can have fun and get lots of money by doing trade routes (btw im trader) but until u get a higher lvl bigger than 30+ u shoult stick to 1* trade dificulty since player thiefs can't attack u that way  only mob thiefs but those r around ur lvl so they shouldn't be such a big problem.

    and the thiefs .... well the hunters sworn enemy and the trader's predator theire fun only at higher lvls.

    anyway .... for all the other ppl who only played a bit and then say that it's not fun ...... it is fun ... eventually ..well after u get about lvl 24 the fun begins.

    i'm playing on  server Uranus . and my ingame name is romanul ....... im a lvl 29 chinese archer.

    another tip . if the servers are crowded try logging in more times u'll get in .... eventually.
