Just a quick suggestion or two:
You're asking for a Second Life name: therefore the survey is not anonymous. Therefore you really need to tell people what this information will be used for, otherwise generally speaking, people won't want to enter into it.
There's no non-disclosure agreement (?) or anything about "independant research" that says you won't give out people's opinions publically.
You may want to add some of these clauses in somewhere, but like I say, these are just suggestions ![]()

PS I was a university student using Second Life once, for a semester, it was the most fun I ever had studying :D
Kicks Online is an OKish, cartoon-style football-based MMO. FS (Football Superstars) will be an entirely different game.
Kicks Online has a far more surreal, cartoon feel to the game. It has a limited supply of moves, players and well, it's still early on in development to really say.
To draw another comparison, try comparing it to something like Empire of Sports. EoS has lots of mini-games, but none of them have any real depth. FS promises a deep, exciting, engrossing world where you can play, or relax, meet up with friends, train up your latest skills, or try them out in a kickabout match. This game is gonna be sweet!
And one more point - FS has mo-cap. All the moves ingame are as performed by a real-life football professional! No other sports MMO has that, do they? :)
I found this out at http://www.footballsuperstars.com/community/ (see dev diaries)
In your opinion, what kind of gamer are you?
