Could use some help!

Tridel Games LLC.-
We are a fully licensed company formed to control the collective assets and organizational functions.
Untitled-
Tridel Games LLC is currently developing a World War II Eastern Front Mod for use in the "Make Something Unreal" Contest.
Plan-
Tridel Games LLC has a collective group of 41 contributors and 8 full staff members. We are using collective contributions including but not limited to Models, Textures, Animations, Mapping, Level Designs, Sound Engineering, Voices etc. We are shooting for a level a month fully furnished once full production starts June 1. However this goal will be set once our core team and you get acclimated to the Unreal Technology and our Roster is filled to our needs at that time.
Contest/Retail-
We are using this technology to form a mod to recieve a license etc. Upon acheiving this license Tridel Games LLC may use a consulting company such as IP TANK to launch our product retail using investors.
Profit Based Payment-
Currently, Tridel Games is keeping track of contribtions added via our FTP server and forum to compensate these contributors and teammembers upon future profits resulting of this project.
Technology-
Our current mod project will be using the Unreal 3 engine to artfully craft our mod to fit the niche of our setting in the phases and overall contest.
Maya, 3D Max, and Google sketchup (for concept art and model direction) are needed for our models aswell as prior knowledge ofthe Unreal Engine will be acknowledged. Texturers are expected to be able to texture these files. Programming is needed based on C++ or prior knowledge of the Unreal Engine. Animators are expected to know how to operate using 3D Max or a compliant alternate software.
Needs-
Animators- Currently we have 2 active animator. This is a highly respected position at Tridel Games and appropiate compensation will be distributed upon expectant profits.
Texturers- Tridel Games retains a handful of texturers but is always ready to expand. Texturers are needed to model existing models.
Modelers- Tridel Games has a large number of modelers of which the majority are professionals.
Programmers- Tridel Games has two programmers but can always use more programmers.
Level/Character Modler/Mapper- Tridel Games are seeking Level and Charecter Modelers to perform these two large roles. Tridel Games currently has 1 of these but is always seeking active teammembers expertised here.

We Work Smarter, Not Harder
Additional Info: The mod we are creating is about the experience of a German Lieutenant in the 2nd Panzer Division fighting through the battles of Operation Barbarossa on the Eastern Front during WWII. Since we are just beyond the intial planning stage, we do not have a ton of work to show for. However, we have done some initial modelling for ideas ingame. What we're trying to do is distance ourselves form the more multiplayer-based "Red Orchestra", which is aiding us and won the previous contest.
Hey guys no Screenshots but I figured I'd post models. We're starting to build the game world this week!
